Overview

Workflow

The Twist 96-Plex Library Preparation workflow starts with up to 96 individual samples in a plate. After the first random priming and barcoding step, all samples are pooled into a single tube for the rest of the process. An optional plate barcode can be added in the index read position to allow simultaneous sequencing of multiple sample plates.

Kit Overview

The Twist 96-Plex Library Preparation kit contains all reagents needed to prepare double stranded libraries with full length adapters compatible with Illumina sequencing chemistries from 50 nanograms of high molecular weight input material. No additional primers, enzymes, or beads are required.

The kit is available in 960 sample format, containing sufficient materials for five or ten 96-sample pooled batches.
