Terms & Conditions
Twist Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-returnable. Twist Wallet funds may only be redeemed for products and services sold by Twist Bioscience Corporation (“Twist”). Twist Wallet funds have no cash value. No person or entity may redeem or convert funds within a Twist Wallet for or into cash. A minimum purchase amount of one thousand US dollars ($1,000) is required to (i) create a new Twist Wallet and (ii) to add to an existing Twist Wallet. Funds in any Twist Wallet may not under any circumstances be aggregated or combined with any other purchase method (e.g., credit card) for any purchase whatsoever, including with any other Twist Wallet. No person or entity may use any Twist Wallet funds to make any payment or to satisfy any other obligation to Twist, or to any of Twist’s affiliates, successors or assigns, other than in direct connection with its redemption for Twist products or services by the holder of the Twist Wallet funds using the Twist wallet. No person or entity may purchase or use any Twist Wallet funds in violation of or to circumvent any requirements under a federally funded grant program.
