Short Tandem Repeats

Regions of 3-9 bp that repeat multiple times, with up to 100% homology between repeats.


We support short tandem repeats spanning up to 100 bp.
Long Repeats

Regions ≥10 bp with up to 100% homology that repeat more than once within a single sequence.
Inverted Repeats (Hairpins)

Repeats complementary to each other, with up to 100% homology between repeats.
Extreme localized GC content

Local GC content within 50 bp regions.
Homopolymers

Runs of an identical base.
High/low average GC content

GC content across the whole sequence.
