Our team of antibody experts has honed our humanization process for a variety of antibody hits. Using our in silico platform, we input heavy and light chains (or heavy chain only) and utilize a combination of structural modeling, ML approaches, and CDR grafting to generate humanized variants.

Fully Humanized Affinity Assessment

Using Twist’s rapid humanization pipeline all three murine antibodies were successfully humanized. For a few candidates, the affinity of the top humanized variant was even modestly improved compared to its chimeric control.
