1. This promotion is not open to healthcare professionals (HCPs), employees of healthcare institutions, or individuals prohibited by law or institutional policy from receiving promotional items. Open to customers who place a single order of $500 USD (or local currency equivalent) or more. The threshold calculation excludes taxes, shipping, regional VAT, and handling fees. Orders cannot be combined to meet this minimum.

2. Valid for qualifying orders received by Twist Bioscience between July 6, 2026 and August 31, 2026, or until promotional supplies are depleted, whichever comes first. Qualifying order numbers must be submitted via the official online redemption form by September 18, 2026. Limit of one (1) redemption allowed per person.

3. One (1) randomly selected pair of Twist socks (estimated value $15 USD). Styles and designs are selected at random based on availability; no design requests, returns, or cash substitutions will be permitted.

4. To claim the gift, customers must submit a valid Twist order number (Q-#####) via the official online redemption form. Orders canceled, refunded, or withdrawn prior to shipping are ineligible.

5. Void where prohibited by institutional policy or local law. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that accepting this promotional item complies with their employer's internal gift policies and regional regulations.
