Twist Bioscience Global Advocacy Promotion Terms and Conditions

These promotional terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the global LinkedIn advocacy and promotional campaign offering free shipping and handling on eligible orders placed through the Twist Bioscience e-commerce platform. By participating in the promotion or applying a campaign promo code at checkout, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promotion Period

The promotion begins upon publication of the campaign materials and expires strictly on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC. All qualifying orders must be submitted and completed through the e-commerce platform prior to the expiration date.

2. Eligibility & Net-New Accounts

• Net-New Customers Onlyeligible for a customer's first order only: This promotion is valid exclusively for prospective or net-new customer accounts setting up their first commercial relationship with Twist Bioscience.
• Exclusions: Existing customer accounts, past purchasers, or accounts with prior order history on the Twist Bioscience platform are ineligible for this promotion.

Promo code redemptions made outside of net-new accounts will be invalidated at checkout and will not count toward contest metrics.

3. Eligible Products & Channels

• Eligible Product Lines: The promotional code applies exclusively to orders of Gene Fragments, Cloned Genes, Oligo Pools, and / or Antibodies.
• Purchase Channel: Orders must be placed directly online via the official Twist Bioscience e-commerce platform at https://ecommerce.twistdna.com/. Orders placed via offline purchase orders, direct sales reps, or non-approved channels are excluded.

4. Promotion Value & Regional Restrictions

• Discount Scope: The promo code waives standard shipping and handling charges for the initial qualifying order.
• Taxes and Duties: The promotion covers standard shipping and handling costs only. Customers remain fully responsible for local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), import tariffs, customs clearances, and any other regional taxes or regulatory fees applicable to the delivery jurisdiction.
• Non-Combinable: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, institutional pricing agreements, volume discounts, or framework contracts.
