In this webinar, researchers from the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology present a comparative analysis of targeted sequencing workflows applied to southeastern varieties of blueberry (Vaccinium sect. Cyanococcus). Using Twist FlexPrep™ with conventional enrichment and sequencing and Twist FlexPrep paired with Trinity™ on-flow cell capture and sequencing on the AVITI™ platform, they evaluate differences in data quality and workflow efficiency. While the analysis is rooted in blueberry genomics, the lessons extend broadly to plant and agricultural research.
