Twist Long-Read PGx v2
Focused pharmacogenomics sequencing that uses long reads to resolve complex pharmacogenes and phase star alleles with confidence
Short-read sequencing and array-based genotyping can't reliably resolve structurally complex pharmacogenes such as CYP2D6, which leads to ambiguous haplotypes and incorrect phenotype calls. The Twist Alliance Long-Read PGx Panel v2 combines Twist's long-read hybridization capture workflow with sequencing on PacBio HiFi or Oxford Nanopore platforms.
