Satisfaction Policy
Any Express Gene Products ordered (“Express Gene Products”) may be returned to Twist upon Customer’s reasonable discretion. If Customer is not reasonably satisfied with such Express Gene Products, no more than once per Order, Customer may notify Twist within thirty (30) days of placing the applicable Order. Upon timely notification, Twist (at its sole discretion) may: (i) produce and ship replacement Express Gene Products within a reasonable period of time to the same address set forth in the Order; (ii) provide a discount or credit to Customer on a future Order for any Twist Products; or (iii) provide a credit memo to Customer (or refund if Customer paid by credit card), either in part or in full, depending on the circumstances, and in each case (i-iii), commensurate with the impacted portion of the Order.
