The hg38 target file was updated to have more complete and up to date gene and variant annotations. There was no change to the actual targets.

The hg19 target file underwent an improved lift-over from the original hg38 targets. Therefore, these hg19 target locations are more accurate than the previous version. Similar to hg38, the file was updated to have more complete and up to date gene and variant annotations.
